You can cancel your order within 30 days, no questions asked.
The 30-day cancellation period starts from the day you receive your item or when a designated third party (not the carrier) takes possession.

Return Requirements
For an item to be eligible for return, please ensure:
Purchased within the last 30 days.
In original packaging.
Items not eligible for return:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Perishable goods or items past their expiration date.
Items unsealed after delivery, unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene.
Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items post-delivery.
We reserve the right to decline returns for items not meeting these conditions.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of delivery or receipt of the actual goods.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once we receive the returned product. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
